Diamond's call has been presented by Mabetto lawyers, Abdullah Zulu and Walter Godluck from the Century Attorneys Board of Directors.

In the call Diamond Platnumz is alleged to disgrace her and neglect her child's use for about two months.
A lawyer Zulu speaking to Mwananchi magazine today said Thursday that their client Hamisa Mobetto sent Diamond notice to appeal to her and asked her to give her baby care within seven days.

"After seeing silent we sent a case to the Kisuku Court of Dar es Salaam and today (Thursday) we have been given a letter of appeal and already the lawyer of the musician has received it," he said.
